Blueberry Smoothie By Jeff, October 14, 2010 – 5:16 am Ingredients: 1/2 cup skim milk 1/2 cup vanilla low fat yogurt 1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen) 1 tbsp honey 3-6 ice cubes Directions: Add all ingredients into a blender and mix on high speed for 2 minutes or until everything is blended thoroughly!
