Ingredients

12 jumbo hot dogs
5 slices cheese (1/2 inch wide)
6 servings instant mashed potatoes or 3 c. real mashed potatoes
Bacon, cooked and crumbled

Direction

Heat hot dogs while preparing instant potatoes. Slice cooked hot dogs lengthwise not quite through. Stuff potatoes in the hot dog, sprinkle with cheese and bacon. Place stuffed hot dogs on cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes or until potatoes are lightly browned. Serves 4 to 6.
