6 roma tomatoes, sliced
1/2 cup finely diced onion
1 jalapeno pepper
1/2 cup fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon minced garlic
Directions:
In a food processor combine onion, pepper, cilantro, salt, pepper and garlic. Blend until ingredients are roughly chopped. Add sliced tomatoes and mix to desired consistency.
