Ingredients:
4 cups mashed sweet potatoes
1/3 cup sugar
2 eggs, beaten
6 tbsp melted margerine
1 cup milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
Topping
3/4 cup corn flakes
1/2 chopped nuts (this is optional)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 c melted margerine
Directions:
Combine sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, 1/4 stick margerine, milk, salt and spices in casserole dish. Bake for 30 minutes at 400 degrees. Combine the topping ingredients and put on top of casserole and bake for another 10-15 minutes more. ENJOY!!!

Ingredients:
2 squash, sliced
2 zucchini, sliced
1 small package of slice mushrooms
4 small red potatoes
1/4 c diced onion,
1/4 c butter
1/2 tsp season all
1/2 tsp garlic salt
Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients in a 8×8 pan. Slice butter into chunks and layer over other ingredients. Sprinkle season all and garlic salt over the top. Cover with foil. Bake in oven on 350 for an hour.

Ingredients:
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon soy sauce
Dash ground black pepper
4 cups cooked cut green beans
1 1/3 cups French’s® French Fried Onions
Directions:
- Stir the soup, milk, soy sauce, black pepper, beans and 2/3 cup onions in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
- Bake at 350°F. for 25 minutes or until the bean mixture is hot and bubbling. Stir the bean mixture. Sprinkle with the remaining onions.
- Bake for 5 minutes or until the onions are golden brown.

Ingredient
1 lb ground beef
1/4 c onion, chopped
1 c celery (approx 2 stalks), chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c water
1/4 c soy sauce
1/2 c raw rice
1 cube beef bouillion
3/4 c bean sprouts
1/2 c chow mein noodles
Directions
In a frying pan, brown beef, chopped onion and celery. Drain excess fat. Add soup, water, soy sauce and beef bouillion to meat mixture. Stir in raw rice. Make sure everything is well blended then transfer mixture into a casserole dish. Sprinkle the top with chow mein noodles. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
Ingredients
1 lb of Turkey from deli (cut 1/8 to 1/4 thick) - or you can use Roast Beef
1 box of herb stuffing mix
1 jar of turkey gravy (or beef gravy for roast beef)
Directions
Prepare stuffing mix according to directions on the box. Take one slice of turkey - put spoonful of stuffing on slice and roll up. Place roll side down in casserole dish. Continue placing stuffing on top of turkey and roll up until all used. Pour gravy over turkey rolls. Salt and pepper to taste.
Put in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until warmed thru.
Roast Beef slices and beef gravy can also be used.
